Project Overview
Barisal Surgical is a medical equipment and hospital supply provider based in Bangladesh. The company specializes in surgical instruments, diagnostic devices, hospital furniture, and related accessories. Their previous online presence was limited, making it difficult for potential clients to view products or connect for B2B inquiries. I was entrusted with the complete design and development of their official website to help build credibility, display product categories, and generate leads.
Objective
The goal was to create a professional, fast, and product-focused website that’s easy to manage, mobile-responsive, and optimized for local and international visitors. The site had to serve both as a company profile and a simple catalog — without needing a full eCommerce system.

Key Features
✅ Medical-Grade Visual Design
I created a clean, sterile layout using soft blues, whites, and gray tones — giving it a “medical” feel that matches the brand. Typography and layout choices were guided by simplicity and trust.

Every section is optimized for viewing on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Product grids, menus, and CTAs adjust seamlessly to ensure a good experience across all screen sizes.

Instead of a complex eCommerce store, I implemented a catalog-style layout using Elementor Pro. Each product or category page includes images, descriptions, and inquiry options — perfect for B2B lead generation.
✅ WhatsApp & Call Integration
Since many of their clients prefer direct communication, I added click-to-call buttons and WhatsApp chat links across key sections of the site — including on mobile.
✅ High-Speed Performance
I optimized all product images and used caching and lazy load techniques to keep page loads fast. The site scores well in performance tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
✅ SEO Setup
Using RankMath, I structured:
- Meta titles/descriptions
- Product page SEO content
- OpenGraph preview tags
- Sitemap and schema
These help improve search engine visibility in Google and Bing.
